West Ham turn down £100m from Man Utd for Rice last summer.

Manchester United reportedly had a £100m offer rejected by West Ham United for Declan Rice last summer.

The 24-year-old England midfielder has link with top clubs over the past few years. After elevating to the Premier League’s top players.
